Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund of the full face value of your tickets and the service fee within 12 hours of purchase or if your show is canceled or postponed. Refunds are available for reasons other than an event being canceled or postponed on a case-by-case basis. Member refunds for hardship reasons email@example.com
